Our training programs are held by experienced trainers in Armenian and Russian for different target groups, from junior specialists to senior staff of financial institutions.
Online Trainings
Since 2019 we have been offering our online training services on various topics which are in high demand in the countries of our operation, particularly by the staff of financial institutions. Trainings are available in Armenian and Russian languages.
In 2023-2024 we delivered the following online training programs: Methods and Technologies of Investor Relations, Data Analysis, Environmental and Social Risk Management and Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility of Financial Institutions.
Offline Trainings

Study Tours
We offer tailor-made study tours based on clients' needs and interests. During study tours the client gets a valuable opportunity to visit financial institutions and spend several days full of meetings with middle and top management and on-the job practical study of lending and other processes, including branch visits to get acquainted with the work of the front office.
In 2024 we delivered a Study Tour in one of leading Armenian MFIs providing 2 full days of getting acquainted with operations, agricultural lending mechanisms and digital solutions of the company.
